Los Angeles, CA – October 29, 2007 — CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) today reported third quarter 2007 revenue increased 54.2% to $1.5 billion and diluted earnings per share increased 23.1% to $0.48 compared to the third quarter of 2006. Excluding one-time charges1, third quarter 2007 diluted earnings per share was $0.55, representing an increase of 37.5% from the third quarter of 2006.
